Reaching the finish line solo or with a team?

Yesterday Collective Stories took part in the Prudential Ride London amateur cycle race.

Cycling can at times feel like a very solo sport. The bike and the rider form a little team to get them from the start to the finish line as fast as possible. Like most businesses, the destiny and performance outcome is in the hands of the rider. This was very much my opinion at the start of my journey yesterday, my result was entirely driven by me.

Indeed, like most businesses, I had not really taken into account, essential input from the mechanic who fixed my bike, the people at the feed stations, the group I joined for support when I had no energy left to get over the finish line and the crowd who spoke to every rider on the course telling them that they ‘can do this’.

Every rider needs a team of people behind them, cycling is a sport facilitated by lots of expert ‘bolt ons’ like mechanics, feeders and the crowd. Collective Stories is a bolt on resource for your business, we can offer an insight / category management ‘bolt on’ resource when you need it most, getting you across your finish line faster, more efficiently and more inspired than if you did it alone. Plus, we love a jaunty metaphor.

Contact us to start your journey today, we are here to ‘bolt on’ to your business when you need us.
